Peace Language for The Harmony of X-Y Generation

X generation is the ones born in between 1965 and 1979.

X generation members have been described as obedient, respecting the authority, loyal, and hard working. They are respectful to working hours and highly motivated. They are patient and believe that they will get a promotion after a certain time.

Y generation was born between 1980 and 1999. They stand out the most for the generational gap because they love being independent, keen to their freedom and different at their professional life.

Compared to X generation, Y generation tends to be less loyal to institutions and it is said that they change their job more often.

They immediately want to be their own boss and start a business. They want a business life not only to survive but also to be able to spend more comfortably. Y generation includes newly graduated students, which carry many different personal qualities.

It is also a fact that Y generation is unfitting and fiercely criticizing the ones who think differently than oneself.

This generation is disobedient. It is said that they form 35% of our population, which is 27 million of young people.

Can we improve the performance of the organization and find a common language by using the grammar of Peace Language for the disagreement and conflict between X and Y generations?

We say ‘Peace Language for the harmony of X and Y generation’.
