European NVC Festival 2017

We attended the 2017 European Non-violent communication festival. It was arranged in the second largest city of Slovenia Maribor, Phorje between 22 – 29 July 2017. We represented Non-Violent Communication Turkey Community as an only participant.

The festival was full of different workshops and events held by certified non-violent communication practitioner.

Festivals had been made convenient for the participants with kids for the first time by the courtesy of volunteers. Empathy angels have been presented to those whom need it. I especially liked this idea. The last day at closing, empathy corridor was where participants expressed each other with gratitude and appreciation which made us live a unique experience. Europe Non-violent communication festival will be held in Denmark in 2018 and Germany in 2019.
