Peace Language: "Request" Workshop

The fourth component of Peace Language revolves around the question of what we can request from each other to enrich our lives. The purpose of Peace Language is not to change people or behaviors in order to make our wishes come true. The clearer we are when we are talking about the topic; more chances appear to receive what we want. It tries to avoid abstract, figurative and uncertain sentences while reminding us affirmative action language by expressing what we want instead what we don’t want.

Listeners tend to perceive requests as demands if they believe that they will be punished in case of not following our wants.

At the PEACE LANGUAGE EQUEST WORKSHOP we focus on what and how we can request from ourselves and other people as strategies of fulfilling our needs.
